Shingle roofs take almost none — pressure washing a roof strips the granules and can void your warranty. The skill isn't the machine, it's knowing what each surface takes.
What is soft washing?
Low pressure plus the right cleaning solution, doing the work chemically instead of mechanically. It's what siding, painted surfaces, and roofs need. Same clean result, none of the damage. Anyone who only owns a pressure washer will pressure wash everything, because that's all they can do.
How often should I get my driveway cleaned?
Most Addison homes are happy on an annual cycle, usually spring. If you're under heavy tree cover — a lot of Richardson and parts of Carrollton — the shaded side grows back faster and you may want it twice a year. If you're not sure, wait until it bothers you. We're not going to sell you a schedule.
Do you need access to my water and power?
